Rough Notes - July 2024

Dear Parents, Carers, and friends of The Woodroffe School.

Thank you for taking the time to read through our last edition of ‘Rough Notes’ for this academic year, where has the time gone?

This edition of ‘Rough Notes’ contains some of the best articles from across the school year and, with so many to choose from, it was tough to whittle it down to those included, we hope you enjoy our selection. In addition, you will find some new pieces from the final few weeks of the year.

What's it like to be a student here at The Woodroffe School?

Summer School 2024

The Woodroffe School PE Department is delighted to be running its Sports Summer School again this year. It will be open
to the current Year 5, Year 6 and Year 7 students.

The summer school will run for one week this year. We will have a maximum limit for the week. Once we reach 36 students, we will not be able to accept any more.

Our Prospectus

The Woodroffe School achieves excellent outcomes, with student progress being the most important consideration.

Our vision is not solely a narrowly academic one. Our school continues to develop the most comprehensive, effective and flexible pastoral support systems, the most engaging and varied extra-curricular programme, and, above all, a learning environment which is both safe and welcoming to all.
